Congratulations Capt Neal!!!
Report Date: August 23, 2020
Capt Neal Kendricks is the young man running my boat for me during my cancer treatments. He and I went out last Tuesday and I showed him some of my drops in the Beaufort river area. And he learned his lesson well. He and John Harker teamed up yesterday and fished the IFA Redfish tournament here in Beaufort. They were fishing out of my boat, which is always catches fish! By 8 am they had already culled 5 times, and ended the day with two in slot reds that weighed a combined 10.98 pounds, and won the tournament hands down! A Ranger 190 RB boat was first place, worth about 30 grand! They caught their fish on Gulp shrimp on jigheads working the edges. And beat out about 50 teams. Great job Neal.
