Good morning bite

Report Date: July 11, 2020

Fished with George, Shawn, Kate and Jordan this morning. Hit the last of the outgoing tide, using live shrimp on the jighead, and picked up a couple of nice black drum on our first drop, plus a few little trash fish. Our next drop was pretty good, with the trout on the first incoming. They caught 11, with 5 of them really nice keepers, up to about 18 inches. Ran to a drop and picked up 2 nice upper slot Redfish, and then on to a flat to let Kate catch a big Bonnethead, which she promptly did. We gave it up about 11 am, as the heat index was way off the charts. Good morning of bites, with a very nice crew. Always enjoy fishing with George, but he did leave Alison at home, and she normally does all the catching for us. Look forward to seeing them again.
