Scouting outing

Report Date: June 23, 2019

No charter today, so decided to do a little scouting. Wanted to try some new drops, and hit several, catching trout on 2 different drops. One area was a big flat, and I could see the bait pouring over the bar. Fished a Vudu shrimp under a popping cork, a pearl/chartruese tail, and picked up 7, with only one nice one. They were all in about 2 feet of water that was moving pretty good. The other spot was a grass point, and I caught 4 in the current line fairly close to the grass as it ran down the point. Trout like current. Ended up with the 11.
