Fished Matt, John and Terry today. Started on last 2 hours of incoming tide, and got off to a good start on the trout. They were fishing live shrimp under the cork, a Vudu shrimp under the cork, and a pearl/chartreuse gulp under the cork. All produced fish. Most were in the 12 to 13 inch range, but they did put a couple of keepers in the boat. Decided to run down the river, and as it was slick as glass we kept an out for a cobia cruising, and sure enough ended up catching two on a Vudu shrimp. Neither were braggers, both in the 10 pound range, but fun to cast to and catch. Hit 4 or 5 different drops the last hour and a half, looking for Redfish, with Terry hooking up something big that cut him off on a shell line. That was it. Had a beautiful morning to fish.
