Cold, Blustery, and slow biteReport Date: November 11, 2018Fished with Peter and Jamie again. This morning was 40 degrees with a 15 to 20 knot wind from the North. Throw in a high incoming tide, and the fishing is pretty tough. We did manage to scratch out a big over the slot Redfish for each of them, broke off what appeared to be an even bigger one, and had one release in the upper slot range. Not consistent with the bite I've had this week, but then different conditions to fish for sure. At least we kept the skunk out of the boat and they got a couple of good pictures with a nice fish or two. Really nice guys and fun to fish with. |
